Important: It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify, under 48 hours, that payment corresponds to what should have been paid and that payment has well been done. No reclamation can be made to MIPS after 48 hours.
Due to Covid-19, the following conditions apply to the use of our electronic commerce platform for your orders.
Order by pack only. Not customizable.
Delivery of products upon presentation of the identity card.
Order by 20 hrs 00 for Delivery Next Day.
1. Please double check your order before making payment as no change will be authorized once completed.
2. Please communicate two phone numbers to ensure we reach you upon delivery.
3. Once ordered and paid, no cancellation or refund will be authorized.
4. A delivery fee of Rs.250 is applicable.
5. Once delivered, products are deemed to be in good condition and no refund will be applicable.
6. Delivery Estimates. Times given for delivery are only approximate; an exact time for delivery cannot be provided but endeavour to deliver within the approximate delivery time of 24hrs-48hrs for Plaine Wilhems and Port Louis; and 72 hours for other regions. However we do the maximum effort for next day delivery.
